Problems with attendee availability...

We have been having some strange issue's with our attendee availability in
outlook, it doesn't seem to be updating for all of our users. We have one
user who is showing up as continuous slash marks associated with his name.
Other users are scheduling meetings and it doesn't update for other's when
they go to schedule a meeting.

Any help would be appreciated. I am not sure where to go with this.
