Problems with Instant Messaging

Friends,
 
        I installed the Instant Messaging in an Enxchange 2000 Enterprise 
Server (with SP2)
in a Windows 2000 Server (with SP3) and the Instant Messaging does not work!!!.
 
        I created the virtual RVP Server (like 
http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/The_Exchange_2000_Server_Instant_Messaging_Service.html
paper)!!!! The InstMsg virtual link in my Web Server is OK, but I haven´t the 
aliases directory in Exchange directory!!!! The Instant Messaging users 
information is OK in Active Directory...
 
        Please!!! Help me!!!!!
