Problems loadning the menu and viewing messages on OWA 2000 front -end server, anyone can help?

Hi 

I have an Exchange 2000 front-end / back-end senario, but when i logon in
OWA on the front-end server, i hav no problem logging in, but the menu in
left frame is unable to load, and the message window in right frame just
says: "Loading" and nothing happends!

Any ideas ??

I have no problem logging OWA on the back-end server !!
