Try Q249104 or Q263237 but this looks like to most probable one Q290290

Thanks so much, your tip was really useful. But I
think the problem has to be with the DNS. I have this
following error message in my Event viewer

Event Type:     Warning
Event Source:   MSExchangeTransport
Event Category: Connection Manager
Event ID:       4000
Date:           7/1/2002
Time:           6:11:25 PM
User:           N/A
Computer:       OOH_LAG1
Description:
Message delivery to the remote domain 'hotmail.com'
failed for the following reason: Unable to bind to the
destination server in DNS.

Data:
0000: c00402d5



I really don't know what is wrong with the DNS records
cos I updated them. I can hit on port 25 of Internet
SMTP servers but I can surf the net.

U have any suggestions or tip on this. Cos I'm really
getting fusrated.
