You need to make sure that your domain has a reverse lookup zone, if it does
not have one AOL will not accept the mail as they perform a reverse lookup
on all incoming mail.

Hello,

I have a problem to send messages to AOL users. Each time I send email to
a AOL email adr, I receive this error message:

did not reach the following recipient(s):

 email@xxxxxxx on Thu, 10 Oct 2002 17:21:01 +0200
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email
server. Please contact your system administrator.
    <ATOS-SRV-EXCH-01.ATOS.FR.COM #5.5.0 smtp;550 ACCESS
DENIED>

PS: I uses POP3 Oulook XP to send mails
