Problem to send email to aol users

Hello,
I have a problem to send messages to AOL users. Each time I send email to
a AOL email adr, I receive this error message:
did not reach the following recipient(s):
email@xxxxxxx on Thu, 10 Oct 2002 17:21:01 +0200
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email
server. Please contact your system administrator.

DENIED>
PS: I uses POP3 Oulook XP to send mails
