Ok buddy check this,
As you said you are using the Exchange 5.5 Server and not able to send them the
email. May be the reciveing end is setup for doing the reverse Ip lookup. Just
let me know what is your email server ip address. I will test it for you, may
be u don't have any Ptr record for your exchange ip address.

Thanks Al. I was wondering when you were going to hop in... They are
not part of my network. Just a company we deal with every now and
again. I have them looking at their side of things right now. DNS,
spamlists, etc... I don't want to be quick to push the blame so I'm
looking to see if it could be anything on my side as well.

What's their relation to you? Are they outside your network? If so,
have you checked their DNS to ensure it is properly set up? Wouldn't be
the first time that it wasn't (the best to go on is that other domains
work, you can receive email from other domains, but you cannot send to
just one domain. That indicates that the one domain is somehow flawed
from your perspective. DNS is a likely place to look IMHO).

I had a problem where I installed IPsec on my exchange server. Then, as
a result, my exchange server couldn't talk to other SMTP servers that
were behind certain types of firewalls. Messages were not delivered to
those servers.
