Problem regarding the postmaster account in Ex2000

I have a problem reagrdin the postmaster account in Exchange 2000. When
someonene sends a mail message to a non existent mail account the server
sends a NDR report to the sender, but the email address of that message is
postmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
How can I change the postmaster account so it is a valid email address???
