You can easily get rid of it by holding shift and hitting delete.

Subject: [exchangelist] Problem deleting an email

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Don't see this very much but I have a user with an email from American Express
that is in his list but won't show a message and you can't delete it. Any ideas
on how to easily get rid of it.
I have Exchange Server 2000 Server and Outlook 2000 on the computer.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Dan
