Problem Receiving Incoming Mails

Hi Guys,
I just want to ask you about my exchange problem
Just last week I experienced this problems. On some
domains i cannot received incoming mails from outside.
i dont have any restrictions nor block any domains.
what do you think is the solution for my problem? i
can get emails from yahoo or hotmail but on some
domains i cannot. I did not make any changes in the
configuration. what do i need to check?
