No, the conflict that was caused with 5.5 on a DC was due to the fact that
the Directory Service using port 389 and so did AD, now Exchange 2000 does
not have its own Directory Service it uses AD so there will be no port
conflicts.

Do we face the LDAP port conflict if we install Exchange 2 K on WIN2K domain
controller as we face in case of Exchange 5.5 on WIN2K domain controller??
