Pools in IIS?

Hi!
I have front-end and back-end Exchange 2003 server. If I open IIS 6.0
managemnet > Default Web Site, there are following application pools:

- DefaultAppPool
- ExchangeApplicationPool
- ExchangeApplicationMobileBrowserPool

If I want to use OWA oder RPC over HTTP and other services on Exchange
FE/BE, which pool must I chosse?
Which function has the both pools "ExchangeApplicationPool" and "
ExchangeApplicationMobileBrowserPool"?
