Hi,

You need to upgrade exchange 2003 first. Because you can not upgrade
windows 2003 (if you have exchange 2000 in your organization) first
without upgrading the Exchange to 2003.

Thanks,
Manjeet

The haggis is unusual in that it is neither consistently nocturnal nor diurnal,
but instead is active at dawn and dusk (crepuscular), with occasional forays
forth during the day and night.
