Please Urgent Help ! I need to resolve this issue as early as i can

Hi all,

We are unable to receive the email from one specific email server.They are
reieving that our server is droping the connection.These people are
actually one of our partner company so that reason we have to resolve this
issue as early as we can. As per my side i have checked many websites and
read alot of articles. What I did I set the loging by setting the enable
loging property on the SMTP server general property page. I can see entry
if i send the email from yahoo/hotmail account but couldn't succeed to
find any thing about their server. But those people are getting logs in
which it shows our server is droping the connection. their server logs are
as bellow.
