John,
Unfortunately none. I have searched high and low. But none. Since this is a
very low impact issue we decided not to call Microsoft and save those available
support incidents to a really critical problem. I will keep you posted if I
find anything new.

Regards,

Raj

Its not a virus, rather a bug we found in Outlook 2003 / Exchange 2000/2003
environment. This happens when a sender cleans up (Shift+delete) the Sent Items
folder and if any message is enabled for a "Read acknowledgement". We could not
find a fix yet. The problem is very limited and only a few users have reported
this. It started right after the Outlook 2003 deployment, and did not go away
even after the Exchange 2003 upgrade. But rest assured it is NOT A VIRUS.

HTH

Regards,

Raj

I have just sent an E-mail to one of my users in the Company,

I sent him an E-mail, the E-nail arrived already, and he received and read it
