Go to Exchange manager. In Protocols right click Default SMTP Virtual Server 
and select Properties. On the messages tab fill the mail for the Non Delivery 
Report.

Dear All,

 

We have just installed Exchange 2000 running on Windows 2000 operating system. 
We have a problem that we will be happy to assisted on which is that when mail 
is addressed incorrectly but with the domain name correct we are not able to 
receive even though we have set up a postmaster account (e.g. mail 
xxx@xxxxxxxxxx where xxx is wrong and domain.org is correct). IF anyone can 
assist please do. We are receiving mail using smtp.

Dear Al, 

I have just sent an E-mail to one of my users in the Company, 

I sent him an E-mail, the E-nail arrived already, and he received and read it 
in front of me. 

When I return  back to my disk I found that I received 10 E-mails which 
indicate the user delete the message without reading , while in front of me he 
read it
