Permissions

Hi all,
I'm having a small problem in one of my client's office as they usually
send e-mails to their customers with CC for multiple addresses, but lately
they have been receiving an untomated response telling them they don't
have the right permissions to send e-mails to those addresses.
I haven't set up any rules in the outgoing nor incoming protocols, but I
have the doubt if that response comes from the inner MS Exchange 2K or
their clients one.
