Our patching policy is the second Tuesday of every month, unless it is a
critical security related patch.

Subject: [ExchangeList] Patching Exchange and Servers

http://www.msexchange.org
-------------------------------------------------------Have a quick question
one that I have been looking around for a while now but cannot find out why
this does not exist as a service from Microsoft? or I just cannot find it
(their tech support also claims this service does not exist).

Does Microsoft or any third party website/mailing list out there have an email
that will send out with notifications of security patches for exchange, windows
server, XP etc.. Microsoft does have a "monthly" security news letter but
monthly really isn't sufficient with critical security patches. Other
companies such as symantec have a signup where you can choose the products you
own and they will send you an email when there is a security patch or update
for the software.
