That's just bad security. They would deserve to have people read their
mail.
 
One way would be to change the Outlook authentication.

I can tell you all why. When you have setup offline folders and you have
your laptop sitting somewhere logged in but not on a network, anyone can
open your e-mail. This would be great so someone at your console cannot
just open your mail.
