Go to Site Name / Configuration / Informations Site Store Configuration and
properties. There u can give permissions who can create the public folders
in Top Level Folder Creation Tab. Hope this helps u..

Hi List,
 
I am usging Exchange 5.5/sp4 at WindowsNT4.0 sp6a. 
 
Any user in my site can create a folder under public folders. I don't want
this to happen. How can restrict that only Administrator should be able to
create a foilder under PUBLIC FOLDERS?
