outlook 2002 has a 2gb limit where i think 2003 has a 30gb limit? you can read 
the 2002.pst from 2003 but not vice versa.

If you archive a PST file in Outlook 2002 and then upgrade to Outlook 2003 -
will you be able to open the pst that you archived in Outlook 2003? What is
the size limit for pst files in 2002 vs 2003?
