Do you administer this exchange, or you're an end user?

Subject: [exchangelist] POP3 downloader GFI Mail essential

Dear all,

I hope all are fine, I have exchange 2003 server on win2k3 server and I am
using GFI Mail essential 10 to download e-mails from hosting company. Our
user wants to connect to there web mail from outside to access his e-mails
but he can't because all the e-mails from his account is already downloaded
to the exchange server. So is there any option in GFI or any other POP3
downloading software to keep the e-mails copy on the hosting server for 15
days and then delete it.

I will be very much thankful to you.

Regards

Siddiqui
