That is the only way to do what you are trying to do.... At least to my
As far as restricting senders, do you have a DL that already has all
users in the company as recipients? If so, just add that DL under the
'reject messages from' box.

Subject: [exchangelist] Outside Email

Is it possible in Exchange 5.5 to prevent anyone from the outside to send
email to an internal DL? Let's say I have xyz as an internal DL. Its email
address will be xyz@xxxxxxxxxxxx

Therefore, any one internally or externally, could send email to
xyz@xxxxxxxxxxxx How would I allow, only external people to send email to

I know that I could use the Delivery restrictions tab and click on list, but
then I will need to add my entire GAL as the allow from. Is this the only
way to do it?

Best regards,
