Outlook using Browser

New installation of server2003 and exchange2003.
Forst problem i have is some users (all have same permissions)cannot
access the web interface for outlook.
It errors out saying page cannot be found?
What settings do i need to change in the user accounts ?
Last problem is address lists. The server is running 3 domains abc.com
cde.com and 123.com I have used the KB article on virtual hosting, created
seperate addresss lists and user group etc but when i log i can still see
users of all the domains in the adress book grrrrrrr?
