Current version of Outlook 2003 is 11.8010.6568.   Get your software up to
date.

If that doesn't help, then answer these questions:
1. Where is mail delivered
2. Where is the destination folder for the rule?
 
Your choices for both questions are:
a) Exchange-based storage
b) Personal Folders (PST) storage
 
If you said (b) for either question, change delivery and the destination
folder(s) for the rule(s) to Exchange-based storage.  This will make the
rules operate server-side.  If that causes a problem for offline operation,
enable cached mode.

Good evening,

 

I have been troubleshooting a problem with the rules option in Outlook.

 

For some reason, If I create a rule, it will work for a while and then it
will (for example) stop sending the emails based to a folder based on a
criteria(s)

 

Any guidance would be appreciate
