Have you checked your gateway IP? If you are using ISA, I think you should install ISA firewall client. And I think you need to add additional setting at ISA such as your new PC's IP for allow POP3 protocol. I get the message that outlook could not find server. However, all of my existing outlook clients are working. This only happens on new computers as I bring them online. I am able to surf to the web interface of this mail server with no problems. I am not able to ping from the new setup either by ip or name. I thought it might be DNS problem but why do the others work? I thought is might be ISA problem but again why do the pre-existing work? Any suggestions on where to start looking for problem?
