i checked the requires authentication option on the client and the
problem did not solved

        Since that KB says you have 3 options, and since you did not
state what you did, you must on the mail client check My outgoing server
requires authentication.

         

        If you allow anonymous on the mail server, you become an open
relay.

        when im using outlook express to send emails , my email is
rejected with the following error:

        I read the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 290808 . I did
what was written but the problem did not solved. any one have any idea.
