Outlook XP /Exchange issues Confusion

Does anyone have a good way to control all Outlook XP installations on a
network.
Any advice will be appreciated...
I heard of the registry addins, but I am looking for a centralized network
approach.
Basically I want to be able to have control through policies and not have
to configure each and every desktop.
Things I need:
control file attachments
get rid of the prompts
get rid of the confirmations
etc...
I heard of the adminpack, but I don't know if this is the best solution.
