Outlook Web access

New installation of server2003 and exchange2003.
problem i have is some users (all other than admins) cannot access the web
interface for outlook.
It errors out saying page cannot be found, when a user with admin group
membership tries it works fine ?
What settings do i need to change in the user accounts ?
Also anyone know how to make outlook work when accessing the server via a
firewall ?
