Outlook Web Access Question

Hello All,
I have one user who is stating that he is prompted to login each time he
goes to compose a new message or read a new message using Outlook Web
Access (Exchange 2003). Since it is only him that is experiencing this,
I tend to think it is an Internet Explorer security setting but I am not
100% sure. Any thoughts on this at all??? Has anyone ever experienced
this???
