On one machine:
yes 
Wasn't (added)
The block popup was and is disabled

Basically it looks like the trusted site addition did the trick on this
machine.
I'll post the results on my other users.

Has anyone had issues with the Spell Check in OWS 2003 not working on
computers that have Outlook 2003 installed?  I have users who's OWA spell
check will not work on their machine's but does work on others.
The one common thread is that they all have or have had Outlook 2003
installed.
