Outlook Web Access

Hello,
I have two questions about Outlook Web Access.
1. How can you disable language variants? I would always like Outlook
Web Access to come up in English.
2. One of my users is having trouble with the logout button. What kind
of things can prevent Web Access from logging out. The client is IE6.0
but it is running on a "locked down" system.
