Denis,

Check to see what email addresses are being populated by the recipient
policy.

My bet is that the new users have 3-4 mail addresses, and the old users
are missing some of them.

Hello All,

Does anyone have experience with Outlook Web Access?

Here's my situation:

Exchange 2000 server (SP2) + Windows 2000 DC (SP2)

When I create an new user account, OWA works fine, however for existing
users NOT !

I've turned on "Log on locally" and "Access this computer from network".
The authentication in IIS is set to basic for domain x
When I try to connect to http://exchangeserver/exchange/user , I am
prompted for username and password.
Existing users cannot be authenticated and any new user can.

Please help !!

Regards,

Dennis
