You can use Outlook forms to do this and it is very easy. In Outlook, go to
Tools - Forms - Design a form.

Hey all,

is there a way to create templates of mail in outlook 2000? my users send
out mails with similar content every day and they are getting bored of
typing it in all the time!!

Am i missing something really blatant?

Cheers
