[ExchangeList] Outlook Issue

-------------------------------------------------------How does a user turn off 
sharing on her inbox?
It is grayed out and when I go to the server - it won't let me remove the
deny settings on the server - 
I have removed her from the Admin group - but how did she get it turned off
and how do I get it turned back on - the backup server is showing access
denied errors.
