are you behind firewall. if so you ned to open ports for POP communication..

Hi all,

One of our client uses Post Office Mail software . For the past couple of days whenever i creat a account in Post Office and try to access it from outlook express it gives me the password failed error. Its doesnt take the password, dont know why? Anyone who knows the causes for outlook express not accepting the passwords.?

The error which i get is :

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'test2', Server: 'a.b.c.d', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Password failed for test2', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92.

Any help would be appreciated.
