Yes, if you use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, you can use RPC/HTTP(s)
functionality. Otherwise, you'll have to use the other protocols such as
HTTP, IMAP, or POP.

Our college has closed port 135 for communication between all subnets.

Is there any way for Outlook to communicate with Exchange if Port 135 is
totally blocked?
