If you mean the nickname cache:

C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.NK2
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\*.NICK

I have found that sometimes when you search for these, they don't show up in
the search results. I just made a domain logon script that deletes them.
