A new profile fixes the few we see here. For my money, it's a lot faster to
have someone remote the machine and fix it. We might see 10 of these a year
with 3000 Outlook users. YMMV

Try http://support.microsoft.com/kb/957909/en-us. Just because your symptom
aren't listed in the fixes doesn't mean it hasn't been silently fixed.

Subject: [ExchangeList] Outlook 2007 issue
Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone is experiencing this. Users keep losing the ability
to autocomplete addresses within Outlook 2007. I have seen a few post
around, talking about corrupt profiles, but if this occurs so often,
shouldnt MS offer a patch? or is there one out there. I hear even after
creatin a new profile this issue re-occurs.
Thanks
Patrick
