On Behalf Of Matt Nelson Ok, from what I can see, you need to set up a profile in outlook for the resource, log in, and set the calendar options to publish 12 months. You will probably
want to use a GPO or login script to publish a registry setting to set all user’s to publish 12 months. On Behalf Of gqure@xxxxxxx The Outlook 2003 clients are seeing no information or hash lines? Running exchange 2007 on the back end w ith some clients running Outlook 2003 and others running 2007.
When scheduling a resource out about 2 months, the users on 2003 cannot see the calendars of those resources/rooms. All on 2007 can see the calendar fine.
