Any error in the event logs???
The only think that I think of instantly are DNS issues.
Can you ping the server by FQDN, what happens when you click on Check
Name when setting outlook up?

Hi,
We are using Exchange 2003 and win server 2003 with outlook 2003
Some of the users cannot connect to the exchange get a message exchange
server unavailable they can access mails thru OWA, even if i create new
users on that same machine still get the same message.
does someone know what the problem is
