Is Outlook/Office 2003 fully patched? Have you triple checked the email
account configuration? Outlook does not just determine or decide not to send
the credentials it is configured to use.

Besides, the rule is ISA is based upon the logged in use on the workstation,
not the user in the email account.

Is there an AV scanner on those Dells that has its hooks into Outlook?

Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Sp2

ISA 2004 SP3

Outlook is not sending user credentials to the ISA server when checking
external POP3 account. ISA is denying request because it is an anonymous.
This is only happening on two new Dells all other computers in district are
working fine. Any ideas?

Firewall client is installed on all computers.

Thank you for your time and efforts.
