Hi, I have given access to my inbox to my secretary. She can view the current day mails in the inbox till 13th July 2003 not after that. It says "Can't open this item. You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation". I have given her the owner rights. How to solve this issue? Can anyone help please? Suresh
