Thank you... can you give me more specifics.. here, we have Work Requests To IS [wkreqis@xxxxxxxxxxx] and each of us in IS has it opened in our Outlook along with our own mail. Our experience is that when we respond to the message in Work Requests, the sender is the default mailbox - and not Work Requests To is.. The message goes into our Sent folder and any deleted messages go into our Deleted folder and not Work Requests To IS. Have the reps monitor it as an open folder, and when they reply the sender would be csreps@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ? That's what our help desk people use, and it works well. -----Original Message----- From: Linda Wilson [mailto:lwilson@xxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, May 07, 2003 12:19 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Outlook 2000 SP3 / Exchange 2000 SP3 Question http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi all, We have a requirement to implement a support email address for outside customers to use. Several inside CS reps will be monitoring this email and responding to the customer. Question Is there a way to respond to the customer without having the CS reps email address listed as the sender, but instead the support email address listed? Scenario Each CS Rep has rights to the support mailbox and has it opened in their Outlook 2000 client along with their default mailbox. Each CS Rep can access the support mailbox via Internet Explorer Each CS Rep has a standard form they send in response to the customer Thank you, Linda Wilson Information Technology Specialist National Bank of the Redwoods 2170 Northpoint Parkway Santa Rosa, CA 95407 707-522-5230 voice 707-522-5760 fax 707-217-8359 cell 707-522-5500 Help Desk lwilson@xxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSExchange.org Discussion List as: lwilson@xxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub') _______________________ Confidentiality Notice: The information contained in this message may be legally privileged and confidential information intended only for the use of the individual or entity named above.
