Hi all,
We have a requirement to implement a support email address for outside
customers to use. Several inside CS reps will be monitoring this email and
responding to the customer.

Question
Is there a way to respond to the customer without having the CS reps email
address listed as the sender, but instead the support email address listed?

Scenario
Each CS Rep has rights to the support mailbox and has it opened in their
Outlook 2000 client along with their default mailbox.

Each CS Rep can access the support mailbox via Internet Explorer
Each CS Rep has a standard form they send in response to the customer

Thank you,
Linda Wilson
