Outgoing SMTP issue

MessageExchange 2000 SP2 on 2000 server sp2
I have one client who never receives email from us. We can get email from
them. When I examine the log file, I see this

They are the only client we seem to have an issue with. I talked to the admin
for the client and they say it is a problem on our side. The only reference I
have been able to find about a jack server was a linux audio server.
Any insight is greatly appreciated.
