Set smtp logging in your smtp virtual server. Once if you have done this have
your users resend the mail then check your logs to see if you get any errors.

Subject: [exchangelist] Outgoing Bounced Mails

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi all,

I am using Exchange 2003. A few users reported that they always unable to
successfully sent mails to certain email addresses.

Normally, I will do a Nslookup for the MX record of that email domain, and
managed to get it. How can I do if I want to have a list of this outbound
bounced mails from my users? NDR?

thanks,
