-------------------------------------------------------5.5 was notorious for 
the IMC hanging...  I would stop and restart
services for the connector.  This will clear the queue, so you may want
to manually select to 'cancel' all messages in the queue so an NDR is
generated and users know to resend the messages.

I searched through DNS but couldnt find anything strange, I am able to 
resolve several websites as well, DNS seems to be fine.
