In Exchange 2K, to my understanding, the Admin account does not have full
permissions to view every mailbox in the organization as in 5.5. you will
have to give the account permissions to view the mailboxes.

But shouldn't the Exchange Administrator have FULL access to all mailboxes?

Been trying to sort this one myself for the past couple of days - need to
allow users to view other users calendars. All I can seem to do is give
people full access or nothing at all!

Now that I've upgraded to Exchange 2000 from 5.5, I (as an Exchange
Administrator) cannot seem to open any folder from another user. I could in
Exchange 5.5. The error that I get when I click on 'File, Open, Other
User's Folder', then type the users' name in Outlook 2002
is:
Unable to display the folder. The Inbox folder could not be found.
How can I fix this?
