Orphan Folders

Hi All having a problem removing orphan folders from our exchange server
win2k 5.5 sp4. We have 2 exchange servers the server with the public folders
on died after a service pack was applied. When the server was rebuild and
replicated with the other server the public folders were there but no data
was in them. How can I delete the folders off the server?
